Shipping Policy

UK Mainland

• Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 4 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered based on the shipping option selected at checkout:
  • Next-day delivery if selected.
  • Standard delivery (2-3 business days) if no upgraded shipping is chosen.
• Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped on Monday, with delivery based on the selected shipping method.
• We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

Non-UK Mainland

• Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 4 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered based on the selected shipping option:
  • Next-day delivery if available and selected.
  • Standard delivery (typically 2-3 business days) for all other orders.
• Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped on Monday, with delivery based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
• Please note that deliveries to non-mainland locations may be subject to courier delays due to their specific delivery schedules. Additional transit time may apply, which is out of our control.
• We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

Orders placed on Public/Bank Holidays will be dispatched, but collection by the courier may be delayed until the following business day.

We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier, including disruptions due to weather, high demand, or operational issues.
